Dear Friends,

Annual Giving Campaign November15 – December 31, 2015

In celebration of our 50th year we extend our good wishes to all of our families and friends. We are so fortunate to share such a wonderful community of colleagues and families that embrace the goal of providing the best education for children. Our children exhibit independence, joy in learning, and compassion for all life as they build the individuals they are becoming. It is in this spirit that we gratefully extend our thanks for all of your support and generosity.

This holiday season we ask you to join us in celebrating our half century, our accomplishments, and our future by donating to our Annual Giving Campaign. This year we are striving for 100% participation from our current families. Our goal is $65,000 total for all 150 families. No tax deductible gift is too small and can range in size from $10 to $15,000.

Annual Giving bridges the gap between our operating needs and comparatively low Northwest Montessori tuition. We look forward to putting your generous donations toward some of the following this year:

  • Painting.
  • A new van for the elementary program.

Buildings and Grounds

  • Replacing fences.
  • Purchase of new signs.
  • Beautification and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

You know what a Montessori education at our school means to you but here is what one family has to say:

Kids face plenty of hurdles to their natural development these days, from the number of video screens in their lives to the testing obsession rampant in schools across the country. Montessori is an antidote to all that. By honoring children for who they are and what they're capable of, Montessori fosters their curiosity and their focus, and it teaches them to do good work for the sake of doing it, rather than for some reward. In the six years we've been at Northwest Montessori, we have seen our daughters blossom socially, intellectually, and physically. We know we can count on their teachers for loving support and wise judgment. We can't imagine a better school environment for our girls, and that's why Northwest Montessori is the best choice for our family.
